LedgerTech Solutions struggled with manually syncing their ERP reports, a crucial operation that was time-consuming and error-prone. Each month, the operations team had to extract data from disparate sources, consolidate them manually into their ERP system, and ensure these reports were up-to-date for compliance needs. This manual process not only resulted in frequent data entry errors but also caused significant delays, as reports could take days to finalize. Content management systems added another layer of complexity due to licensing issues, limiting scale and seamless integration.

The Solution
We deployed a bespoke automation solution leveraging n8n, FastAPI, and Supabase to facilitate seamless ERP report synchronization. Through customized API endpoints, data extraction became automated, allowing instantaneous ingestion into Supabase. Utilizing FastAPI enabled the implementation of dynamic LLM-based data audits which assured accuracy before syncing back to the ERP system. Our solution incorporated structured JSON outputs and human-in-the-loop Slack triggers for validation checkpoints, effectively eliminating errors before final storage.
