The Solution
To address these challenges, Leaner Studio deployed a custom automation solution using a sophisticated tech stack that included n8n, FastAPI, and Supabase. The solution involved building custom n8n workflows to orchestrate API endpoints, facilitating seamless data ingestion across multiple ERP systems. FastAPI was used to develop custom endpoints to handle complex data transformations. Further, we implemented structured JSON schemas powered by OpenAI to ensure consistent and accurate data mapping, reducing the potential for errors. Human-in-the-loop triggers were skillfully designed via Slack for approval checkpoints, ensuring high data integrity and real-time alerting for anomalies.
